West Front Primary Care is excited to announce that we are ready to launch our improved Patient Portal! Our new Portal offers streamlined communication with the practice, digital access to lab results and medical information, and, eventually, the ability to self-schedule for acute appointments. You will receive an invitation to our new Portal within the coming days. As an important element of managing your care relationship at West Front Primary Care, all patients are strongly encouraged to set up a Portal account to ensure an exceptional care experience.

We will verify your insurance benefits and collect your co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles at check-in. Easily and securely add your credit card on file to qualify for express check-out for many appointment types. No apps to download! Your email and a secure code get you started on your smartphone or computer. No internet or email? No problem – just arrive early and use a Phreesia pad at the office.
